- Pew buckets: Top 4.5″ Base 3.5in. Height 4in. $45/set
- Number of pews: 14 full pews and 1 small pew (2 additional pews at the back of the chapel)
- Number of windows: 5 in chapel
- Area between the windows at the front of the chapel is 10 1/2 ft tall and 6 ft wide.
- Aisle: 30 ft. long and 4 ft. wide
- Reception area: 49 ft. long X 29 ft. across
- Dance floor: 12 X 26 ft. (included in the measurements above)
- Reception tables: 6 ft long. Each seats a max. of 8. 3 on each side and 1 at each end.
Is there a wedding coordinator to keep in touch with us before and during the wedding? There will be an assistant available during the time of your rental and we will be happy to help and answer any of your questions at any time before your wedding by email or phone. We can also arrange for a consultation at the chapel a few weeks before your wedding date to go over all the details with you.
Does the price include an associate photographer and a pastor? Photography and a pastor are booked separately but we can help you to find a pastor or marriage commissioner if you’d like, and you can see our wedding photography here: www.whitealbumweddings. Our photography packages are booked separately. Let us know if you are interested as well and we would be happy to send you more details. You are also welcome to use your own photographer.
Are we allowed to light candles in the venue? You can use candles except on the piano or pews or near any curtains as long as you use a votive or glass jar or container to keep them safe.
By latest when shall we pay our booking fee in advance to reserve a date? You will want to book as soon as you have decided on your date. We aren’t able to reserve your date until your first payment is made and you have signed a contract online. You can pay your retainer when you book by credit card, by phone, or in person.
Deposit and Payments: We are not able to hold a date. The date requested will not be reserved until a deposit and a signed contract have been received. A payment of 550.00 to 1000.00 due at time of booking. Any balance due 6 weeks before event date including damage deposit. Receptions damage deposit 750.00 is refundable within two weeks of event date. Any additional charges made after this time must be paid on the day of the wedding by cash or credit card.
Decorating of the Reception Facility: Decorating times to be prearranged with WAW (White Album Weddings) personnel. Decorating items may be rented through us or delivered by prior arrangement.
Children All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Music By law, if there is dancing or the playing of music we must collect and remit a SOCAN fee (Society of Composers, Authors, and Music Publishers of Canada) (Cost: $41.13 with dancing and $20.56 with not dancing). Because we are in a residential area music volume will be regulated and must be kept at a reasonable level. All music must be turned down by 11:30 pm. In keeping with the nature of the chapel loud music and heavy drinking parties are not suitable for this location. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Cleaning Fee The grounds must be left in the condition it was found in and garbage placed in provided receptacles. You have the option of adding cleaning service following your wedding. Just let us know if you are interested in adding it to your package.
